All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please be aware that we can not be responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our facilities.

Returns

Trumey does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us upon receipt and we will do our best to address your concerns.

All products are proudly hand-sewn and constructed in the US.

Please be aware that the fabric placement of your collar may vary from the display shown. Mediums were used for photographic representation.
